Stop Smoking

Hypnosis has a higher success rate than any other method of helping people to stop smoking
The aim of using hypnosis is to make it easier (usually a lot easier) to stop than you would normally expect.  The side effects often experienced when stopping smoking (cravings, becoming irritable or substituting) are minimised and often eradicated completely.  All you have to do is put a bit of effort into stopping and leave the hypnosis to do the rest.  Most people stop after just one session.

Stop smoking in one visit !

  • No drugs, needles, aversion techniques or substitutions
  • Over 80% success rate after only one session

My guarantee

If at any time within three months you substitute or trade any substance or object for cigarettes, or gain excess weight, or become irritable, angry or grouchy, or return to smoking then you can come back for a further session at no extra cost.

How does it work?

Using post-hypnotic suggestions, we can re-programme the inner mind so that you begin to believe that you are a non-smoker.  The session lasts 1 to 1 1/4 hours and during the session you allow yourself to relax in hypnosis whilst very powerful suggestions are "implanted" into the mind.  Highly effective NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques are also used to reinforce the suggestions and the power of your imagination is also utilised to create a deep response inside you.  After the session you are asked to play a hypnosis tape for 10-14 days at home, relaxing to it for 30 minutes per day, whilst you put a bit of effort into stopping smoking.

The vast majority of people find it much easier to stop than they had ever imagined could be possible.

Safety Net

Just in case you need more help a second session within three months is available free of charge - most people don't need this but it's there in the event of you having difficulties.

One person dies in the UK every five minutes from smoking-related diseases.  So, if you're seriously thinking about becoming a non-smoker, don't delay.  Remember that smoking is a health depriving, financially damaging, smelly, anti-social habit which has absolutely NO positive effects..
