Focus on ... Anxiety States

and Panic Attacks

These are usually treated very effectively using hypnosis and EFT. Quite often someone suffering from panic attacks will also have an underlying anxiety state which flares up in the form of panic attacks from time to time. The intensity and frequency of these attacks varies from person to person and are often triggered by a period of stress in that person's life. Severe panic attacks can be highly distressing and debilitating, and the fear of having a panic attack (which can take place quite randomly) can be enough to actually bring one on.

A combination of hypnotic relaxation, regular playing of hypnosis tapes/CD's and a range of stress management techniques can be enough to alleviate the symptoms, although more usually working on the underlying causes of the anxiety in regression or with EFT is the most effective method of curing the problem.
