Emotional Freedom Technique

... New, Radical, Rapid ... and Startlingly Effective

EFT is a simple to learn, gentle and non-invasive technique that can release negative emotions and bring permanent release from many physical and emotional problems in MINUTES.  It is painless, has no known side effects, is usually permanent and, at times, little short of miraculous.

EFT works on a wide variety of issues including:

bullet

Addictive cravings:  food, cigarettes, chocolate, etc

bullet

Anxiety and panic attacks

bullet

Physical complaints including headaches, migraines and pain

bullet

Compulsions and obsessions

bullet

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

bullet

Irritable bowel syndrome

bullet

Insomnia

bullet

Pre-menstrual Tension

bullet

Phobias and Fears

bullet

Personal and sports performance:  including public speaking and enhanced performance.

bullet

Etc., etc., etc

EFT can work on virtually anything - both physical and emotional.

SUCCESSES

The EFT website (www.emofree.com) lists many case histories of victims of rape and traumatic accidents, as well as Vietnam veterans who have been helped using EFT.  My most recent successes include curing a lady's exam fears, quelling another lady's cigarette cravings to help her to stop smoking, and eliminating a gentleman's panic attacks about an endoscopy he was about to undergo.  This worked so completely that he went through it without any anaesthetic or anxiety at all.  All of these in just one session!

Soon after learning EFT, I worked with a group of 8 trekkers walking along high altitude mountains in Peru, ALL of whom had their fear of heights cured;  cured a lady of her chocolate cravings in minutes, and had a gentleman whose driving test anxieties evaporated so quickly he was left gasping in amazement.  One lady on a recent training course could hardly move her upper body and neck and had constant pain for five years.  After ten minutes of EFT she was dancing around the room - totally pain free!

It is not uncommon for longstanding phobias or chronic pain to be released entirely in one session of treatment.  Similarly, psychological pain such as anxiety, depression and addictions caused by traumatic incidents or childhood memories can be relieved in a single session.

Experienced practitioners usually claim an 80% success rate using this technique, which can be combined with other approaches.  As the technique is so simple, it can be taught to anyone to use as a self-healing tool for any issues in their lives.  It thus becomes a method of EMPOWERING people to take control in any negative situation.

SO WHAT IS IT?

EFT is relatively new to  the UK having been developed in the US and has its roots in Applied Kinesiology.  It is a process that involves tapping on energy meridians whilst tuning into the issue.  This means that whilst the therapist taps on various points on your body, you will be asked to repeat out loud certain phrases relating to the issue being worked on.  Usually, the negative feelings you have been feeling begin to reduce and often dissolve away completely, leaving you free.  This may sound strange, but it really does work!

The basis of EFT is that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system.  EFT balances the body's energy system, removing any disturbance to the energy flow.  It has been called a psychological version of acupuncture.

In March 2003 I was fortunate to attend an advanced training course in California with the creator of EFT, Gary Craig.  The work I do now with EFT is amongst the most advanced in the UK.  A visit to the EFT website is highly recommended.  Click on the link below for further information.
